All landlords have a duty of care for their tenants and are required to have a current CP12 gas safety certificate. These are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and prove that all gas appliances, fittings, chimneys and flues in your property are safe and working efficiently.
We can undertake the required checks for you. Once these have been completed, provided everything is as it should be, we will provide you with you Landlord Gas Safety Record or Gas Safety certificate. This gives details of all the checks that we carried out and means that you’re legally covered for the next year.
As the checks and issuing of the CP12 need to be done annually, please book your date with us in good time, so we can ensure you are complying with the law.
