Please read the information below, which will tell you everything you need to know about us and the way we deliver services to our customers.

Gas Safe

As is legally required of any gas business operating in UK, we are Gas Safe registered.

The Gas Safe Register shows that Carl has current and valid qualifications and is safe to undertake the work we do for you.

Like all Gas Safe registered engineers, Carl carries a Gas Safe ID card with his unique licence number.  This is issued annually and shows the gas work we are able to do.

Worcester Bosch Accredited Installer

As an Accredited Installer with Worcester Bosch, our customers have the peace of mind of knowing that in addition to being on the Gas Safe Register, we have met the high standards Worcester Bosch require.

These include a trading history, public liability insurance, and specific training with Worcester Bosch on their boilers.

Our Accredited Installer status enables us to offer our customers extended warranties on any Worcester Bosch boiler we install.

Where we operate

We are based in Swansea and pleased to deliver our services to domestic customers living in:

  • Swansea & Gower
  • Neath, Port Talbot
  • Carmarthenshire

and surrounding areas.

Paying for our services

We are able to accept payment by bank transfer, which is preferred, or you can pay us in cash or by cheque.

Our payment details are shown on the bottom of each invoice we issue.  We ask that you make the payment within 1 week of us completing our work.

Paying by cash or cheque

If you wish to pay by cash or cheque, this will need to handed to us at the time we complete our work.


We are a small family run business and would respectfully request that you comply with the timescales set out for payment to be made.

We do have an answerphone and monitor calls outside of these times, so in the event of a breakdown, please leave a message and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.
