When something goes wrong

Existing Customers

If you are one of our existing customers and are having an urgent problem with your heating, we’ll prioritise your call and get to you as soon as we can.

As we know your heating system already, we should be able to advise on the problem quickly and get you back up and running.

New Customers

Even if we don’t already provide you with a regular service, we’re still able to assist you.

When you call us, it is helpful if you can give us as much information about your boiler or system as you can.  By giving us details of your boiler – make, model and age – we can be better prepared when we come to see you.

We are available by phone 8:00am – 6:00pm, Mon – Fri.

We do have an answerphone and monitor calls outside of these times, so in the event of a breakdown, please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Boiler repairs

We know that being without hot water and/or heating is horrible, so we aim to get to you quickly to find out what’s wrong.

Once we’ve checked your boiler over, we’ll be able to tell you what needs to be done and how much this will cost.

If your boiler is old, you may need to weigh up whether it is worth paying for the repair or better to invest in a new boiler.  We can advise on what a new boiler would cost and install this for you if you choose to go down this route.

Pump repairs

Sometimes, heating problems can be caused by a faulty pump.

As with boiler repair, we’ll be able to tell you what needs to be done and how much this will cost, so you can decide whether it is worth having the repair done.
